Brought to you by the letter F!

Our little guy was coloring the other day and happily showing me what he had done. Impressed by the way he holds his crayon with a perfect grasp, I jokingly said "Here, this is how you make an F." He tried it himself, then gave the crayon back to me and said "F". As in, "Here, make another one." So I held his hand and showed him how to make one. He thought it was very funny. Here's the F he drew for me yesterday morning. All by himself!

That little line in the middle was already there on the screen when he did the rest so, if you kinda squint and turn your head, it really is an F. Little smarty pants! Now we're working on "A".

Since the kids get up at an ungodly hour - sometime between 5:30 and 6:00 am - Marc and I take turns getting up early with them while the other sleeps (or lays awake wishing she was asleep). This morning the boys got outside early (too early for real clothes apparently). Those are their "workin' man gloves".

And this is the life-sized maze that Marc built for the kids. Fletch is really into mazes right now - the kind you find in kids coloring /activity books - so Marc thought this would be fun for him. Its a little hard to see here. The kids love it though.

Been following your blog for a while, all 3 are crazy cute, but that little Felix is about the cutest I have ever seen. What a munchkin and I think child prodigy for sure - he seems like such a thinker.
